You could add:

1. The Lord Of The Rings The Third Age - it's done by EA but got buried when they released the real time games of the movies.
2. Persona 3 and Persona 3 FES
3. Shadow Hearts
4. Shadow Hearts Covenant
5. Shadow Hearts From The New World
6. Shin Megami Tensei Digital Devil Saga
7. Shin Megami Tensei Digital Devil Saga 2
8. Valkyrie Profile 2 Silmera
9. Ring Of Red - this is an old one so you may have to hunt around for it but it is worthwhile.

All of these games are turn based in their combat systems.

I got plenty of Turn-Based RPG games for PS2 (well, if you put strategy genre into Turn-Based RPG also). But I got no chance to try them out one by one, but I'll try to help out with few game titles that I currently playing or the game that I have finished, here goes nothing:

The game that I've played/finished:

-Suikoden Series (III,IV,V) I've finished all of the series, great story and as suikoden game tradition of 108 recruitable characters it's always fun ^^

-Suikoden Tactic, the time frame of the game taken before and after suikoden IV (If you load your complete suikoden IV data before starts this game "Hero" from suikoden IV is available for you to recruit.

-Front Mission 4 and 5, well if you really like turn based battle system, you must put these games into "MUST-BUY" list. Fully customizable and the custom parts can be carry into FMV. One of Square-Enix great masterpiece.

-Vakyrie Profile 2 Silmeria, I shouldn't put this game into Turn Based list actually, but this game require no time limit for you to think either which you can take as much time as you want during battle, even you gain fully movement for the characters during battle. beautiful graphic that can match Final Fantasy Series

-Dynasty Tactic 2, Great game, great battle system. This is Koei game that is similiar to Dynasty Warrior. The different is the battle, while dynasty warrior game series are action games, this is a tactic game. If you can arrange the position very well, you can do combo tactic which is awesome.

-Atelier Iris Series (1,2,3) These games offer lotsa side quests and friendly graphic, similiar to disgaea graphic if you have one. Not really special if you ask me.

And here are the list of the games that maybe a Turn Based RPG games @_@
(Though i haven't try them out yet)

-Magnacarta, I remembered seeing my friend playing this game, it has battle system like legend of dragoon (PSX) which allow you to trigger button at exact time.

-Wild Arms (3,4,5,AlterCode F,Vth Vanguard), RPG puzzle that require brain alot.

-Grandia (X, 2, 3), I'm not pretty sure about this game whether it's a turn based RPG or not.

The other games I'm not really sure whether a turn based RPGs or not, when I figure it out, will update it at once.
